Tattoo Ticket Terms & Conditions

Licence Grant

Purchase of a Tattoo Ticket grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use licence to have one specific design from Colour Craft tattooed on one person’s body. The artwork usage is not exclusive, others may choose to have the same design as you.

Single Use Only

Each ticket applies to one design and one tattoo only. The same ticket may not be used for multiple tattoos, multiple people, repeated applications, or any other design than the one stated on the confirmation/Tattoo Ticket.

Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of Rachael Rose. Purchasing a Tattoo Ticket does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

Permitted Alterations

The core composition of the design must remain unchanged.

Adjustments to colour, shading, line weight, or tattoo style (e.g., traditional, fine line, realism) are permitted.

The design may not be redrawn, significantly altered, combined with other artwork, or used as the basis for a new design without written permission.

The design may be scaled to fit. Small alterations may be made to fit body/area.

No Commercial Use

The design may not be used for merchandise, prints, flash sheets, branding, digital assets, NFTs, or any commercial purpose beyond the single authorised tattoo.

Tattoo Artist Use

The tattoo artist may reproduce the design solely for the purpose of applying the tattoo covered by the ticket. The artist may not reuse the design for other clients.

Social Media & Promotion

The tattooed individual and tattoo artist may share images of the completed tattoo for personal or portfolio use. Credit to Rachael Rose as the original artist is required where reasonably possible. Tag using @therosemoth and Rachael Rose. Sharing by the original artist is also permitted but not guaranteed.

Non-Transferable

Tattoo Tickets cannot be resold, transferred, or gifted after purchase unless explicitly stated at time of sale. They may be purchased as gifts if stated at point of sale, or on behalf of the person receiving the tattoo. The Tattoo Ticket must not be shared or distributed, whether that be any written permission or the digital ticket.

No Artwork Supplied

Purchase of a Tattoo Ticket does not include a copy of the colouring book or a digital file of the selected design. The Tattoo Ticket grants permission only. The physical colouring book (or authorised edition) must be purchased separately. The design will not be reissued, emailed, or supplied in digital format as part of this licence.

Refunds

Tattoo Tickets are non-refundable once issued.

Unauthorised Use

Use of the design without a valid Tattoo Ticket constitutes copyright infringement and reparations to the original artist, Rachael Rose, will be pursued.
