Tattoo voucher terms and conditions

By purchasing or redeeming a tattoo voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voucher Value and Refunds

  • The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money (its nominal value is 0.001p). It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction.

2. Usage of Voucher

  • The voucher may be used as part or full payment for tattoo services. If the tattoo cost exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder.

  • Multiple vouchers may be combined for a single transaction, but the total voucher value may not exceed the total cost of the tattoo.

  • The voucher may only be used once and cannot be split across multiple sessions. It must be redeemed in a single visit.

3. Voucher Transferability

  • The voucher does not have to be used by the original recipient; however, the voucher code can only be used once, and it is not transferable after use.

  • The voucher is not redeemable for any other services or products outside of tattoo-related work.

4. Expiry Date

  • Each voucher will have an expiry date clearly marked on the front. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date and must be used by the expiry date. After the expiry date, the voucher will be invalid, and no extensions or refunds will be given.

5. Digital Vouchers

  • Digital vouchers may be printed at home or forwarded electronically to the recipient. These terms and conditions still apply to any voucher shared in this manner, and it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the recipient is made aware of the terms before use.

6. One-Time Use Only

  • Each voucher is valid for a single-use only. Once redeemed, the voucher will be void, and it cannot be re-used or split over multiple visits or services.

7. No Cash or Alternative Equivalent

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any form of monetary equivalent, and no refunds or change will be issued if the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of the tattoo.

8. Consumer Rights

  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you believe there is an issue with the service provided or the voucher, please contact us to resolve the matter.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • When purchasing or redeeming a voucher, we may collect personal information (such as your name, email address, and details of the transaction). 10. Right to Refuse Service

  • The tattoo studio reserves the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate behaviour, failure to comply with studio rules, or if the voucher has been tampered with or used fraudulently.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • These terms and conditions may be updated or amended at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated to you, and the updated terms will apply from the date they are published. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you agree to abide by the most current version of these terms.

12. Booking & Appointments:

13. Minimum Age for Tattooing:

·      Clients must be at least 18 years of age to redeem the voucher and receive a tattoo. Proof of age will be required upon request.

14. Health & Safety:

·      Clients must adhere to all health and safety protocols at the studio. Tattoos may be refused if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment.

15. Tattoo Design & Size:

·      This voucher can be used for tattoos of standard size and complexity. If you wish to receive a larger or more complex design, additional charges may apply.

16. Touch-Ups:

·      This voucher is valid for the initial tattoo session only. Any additional services, including touch-ups, are not covered by the voucher.

17. Force Majeure:

·      In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the expiry date of your voucher may be extended.

18. Voucher Fraud or Misuse:

·      Any voucher found to be tampered with, altered, or used fraudulently will be void, and the studio reserves the right to refuse service.
